Miguel Villera

Iberostar Corporate Chef EMEA (Europe, Mediterranean and Africa)

He has been working at the hotel chain for almost 20 years, where he has undertaken all kinds of responsibilities, in relation to cookery at all times.

Miguel Millera joined the Iberostar Hotels & Resorts team in 2003, as the youngest Head Chef in the history of the company.  Throughout his professional career he has worked in various areas of catering responsibility. In 2005 he led the Expo Zaragoza project as Head of Catering.

In 2009 he was corporate chef on the Iberostar Group's Eastern Mediterranean expansion project, adding more than 30 hotels to its portfolio, in countries such as Croatia, Montenegro, Hungary, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Tunisia and Morocco. 

A gastronomy enthusiast, with training from the world's best professionals under his belt, since 2015 he has been Iberostar's Corporate Chef for EMEA (Europe, Mediterranean and Africa).
